Ultrasonic and thermodynamic studies in ternary liquid system of choline chloride urea + L- Alaline + water at 298.15 and 308.15 K
The density(ρ), viscosity(η) and ultrasonic velocity (U) were measured for choline chloride urea in aqueous L-Alaline solution at 298.15 and 308.15 K. Using Experimental values, the various acoustical parameters such as the adiabatic compressibility (ß),Intermolecular free length (Lf), Free volume (Vf), Internal pressure (Πi), Acoustic impedance (Z) have been studied and have been estimated using the standard relations. The results have been analysed on the basis of variations of thermodynamic parameters. These parameters were used to discuss the molecular interactions between the component molecules. They are found to be sensitive to the nature and extend of the interactions taking place in the ternary mixtures.
