Abstract
Individuals experience more conflict between work and personal life as they continue to pursue the quality of life that they need. Thus, successfully balancing work and family life is one of the major challenges being faced by the employees in this global ear. This study focused on assessing the impact of work-life balance determined by work-family conflict and family-work conflict on the wellbeing of Police department employees of Nagpur district. Wellbeing was measured by levels of family satisfaction, work satisfaction and psychological distress. This research paper is an attempt to identify the impact of work life balance on employees wellbeing.
