Abstract
Post offices has since ages been viewed as an avenue for communication. This paper reveals the repositioning strategy adopted by post office as an investment avenue too. Further the various investment scheme offered have also been elaborated. The various types of savings account and its growth over the years and the percentage change in growth has been traced in this paper.
