Abstract
Back ground: Computer assisted instructions are the small software that are design to provide the instructions help on a given subject. In these the user is given information on different topics of subject one by one after one topic is complete, the user is asked the question related to that topic. If answer given by the user are correct, the software moves to the next topic if answer is not correct, the same topic is explained again and user is tested again. These software are inexpensive and now a days becoming popular. Reduced cost of personal computers have encouraged the people to purchase computers for non-commercial uses also. They purchase these for their home computers and learn different subjects sitting at home.

Aim: To assess the level of knowledge regarding computer assisted instruction among second year B.Sc Nursing students.
Material and method: Study conducted by using the quantitative research approach by using descriptive research design was adopted to assess the level of knowledge regarding computer assisted instructions.
Statistical Analysis Used: The collected data was organized, tabulated, analyzed and interpreted by using descriptive and inferential statistics based on the objectives of the study.
Results and Conclusion: The study result shows that with regard to level of knowledge of students regarding computer assisted instruction out of 30 students 3(10%) were had A grade knowledge, 3(10%) were had B+ grade knowledge, 9(30%) were had B grade knowledge, 2(6.7%) were had C grade knowledge and 13(43.3%) were had D grade knowledge.
