Abstract
We have calculated gross orbital charges of aniline and its reaction products like diphenyl urea, acetanilide and benzanilide by semi-empirical molecular orbital technique MINDO/3 which is an improved version of MINDO. The results obtained for above mentioned molecules are summarsied.
