Abstract
The tremendous development in banking through the provision of various services to customers, including electronic, has led to the growing need to use various strategies to provide banking services, such as the provision of electronic services when depositing and withdrawing deposits, in addition to dealing with advanced banks in order to provide them with knowledge and experience, and sponsor various events In order to increase the demand for banking services. Therefore, the bank has to enter the completion of various non-banking service projects, in addition to distinguish the dealers with him according to certain considerations when completing his procedures and provide banking facilities, and the use of electronic banking tools when requesting banking service by the customer.
