Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance with employee job satisfaction at the National Disaster Management Agency Jakarta. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires totaling 45 respondents. Data analysis uses path analysis.
The results showed that the variable job satisfaction proved to be an intervening variable on the direct influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance.
