Abstract
Contemporary work place has become increasingly changeable and uncertain. Organizations are required to swiftly and frequently conduct large scale changes through downsizing, mergers, and acquisitions in order to survive and thrive. Given the turbulent economic times, the concept of employees' resilience is receiving growing attention in many organizations. Although, there has been increasing interest in understanding the factors that contribute to the development of employees' resilience, there has been a dearth of research in examining the contributory role played by Human Resource Management (HRM) practices in enhancing employees' resilience. Keeping the above fact in view, this study examines the relationship between employees' resilience and the organizational factors, such as, learning culture, leadership, employee participation and corporate communication.
