Abstract
The study examines the social dynamics and health challenges faced by the elderly population, focusing on their social contacts, interaction patterns, and physical health issues. The study investigates the social contacts of elderly people to determine the extent and nature of their interactions within their communities. This involves examining the frequency, quality, and diversity of their social connections, which are essential for maintaining mental and emotional well-being. The study also addresses the physical health challenges encountered by the elderly. It provides insights into health issues, and health care activities which affect their daily lives and overall quality of life. By combining these elements, the research aims to offer a comprehensive understanding of how social and health factors interplay in the lives of elderly individuals. The findings will contribute to developing targeted interventions and policies to improve their social inclusion and health outcomes. This study underscores the importance of addressing the needs of an aging population to foster a more supportive and responsive society.
