Abstract
To assess the role of colour Doppler in PIH. 80 patients of Preeclampsia were studied between the age group 20 to 35 years for the period of 2 years at Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University Medical College& Hospital, Wanlesswadi, Sangli. Doppler analysisof UTA, UMA and MCA were evaluated. A Doppler study is the only non- invasive modality for detection and follow up of PIH cases to prevent morbidity and mortality.
