AbstractSupply Chain Management (SCM) has emerged as a critical strategic tool that significantly influences organizational efficiency and competitive advantage in the contemporary business environment. With increasing globalization, market volatility and customer expectations, organizations can no longer rely solely on internal efficiencies but must focus on optimizing their entire supply chain network. This paper examines how effective supply chain management integrates procurement, production, logistics and distribution activities to reduce costs, improve operational performance and enhance customer satisfaction. It highlights the strategic role of coordination, information sharing and collaboration among supply chain partners in achieving long-term sustainability. The study emphasizes that organizations adopting strategic SCM practices are better positioned to respond to market uncertainties, improve resource utilization and sustain competitive advantage in an increasingly complex and dynamic marketplace.
