Abstract
Employee engagement has become the top issue on the minds of business leaders, directing to an entirely new model of management. Employee engagement has become more business driven and forms a critical business success factor in the years ahead for all entities due to war of talent and fierce competition in the quest for requisite competencies and expertise. The present paper focuses on the employee engagement scenario of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant in Andhra Pradesh across the different drivers.
