Abstract
One of the main drivers of a country's economic growth is the creation of human capital. Nations that have taken use of this aspect in a timely manner have become more developed. On the other hand, nations that have not made use of their human capital have fallen behind. A major obstacle to the workforce's employability and career advancement is the shortage of skills among human capital, a prevalent issue in emerging and undeveloped nations. In emerging nations, skill development is therefore a top priority for economic growth, and as a result, efforts are being made to improve workforce competencies in order to secure jobs.
