Abstract
The banking sector is undergoing a rapid transformation due to technological advancements, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation. While these technologies enhance operational efficiency and customer service, they also significantly influence employee roles, job satisfaction, and engagement levels. This paper explores the impact of AI and automation on employee engagement within the banking sector using secondary data sources. It examines both the opportunities and challenges posed by these technologies, investigates organizational responses, and suggests strategies to maintain high engagement levels amidst technological change.
