Abstract
Thirty individual martial arts subjects aged 21-23 years from various sports centers in Lucknow were selected for the study. The methodology used in this study was a quantitative design for the association of state anxiety and premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Psychological variables such as state anxiety and premenstrual syndrome (PMS) were selected for the study. Copies of the questionnaire were distributed personally to all subjects, ensuring they provided correct and valid responses. In case of difficulty, the researchers help the subjects to complete the questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using Pearson's descriptive statistical and product-moment correlation techniques at a significance level of 0.05.
