The number of monocot species recorded in the study was 2 (22.22%), while the number of dicot species was 7 (77.78%). Out of 9 weed species 7 were annual and remaining 2 were perennial. The frequency, density, abundance and their relative values were studied. The results obtained indicated that Cyperus rotundus the most important weed of lentil crops.
