Abstract
The Information Technology (IT) industry, being knowledge-intensive, depends heavily on skilled and motivated human resources for sustained success and innovation. This study investigates how Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) practices influence employee productivity and organizational growth. The research focuses on key HRM dimensions such as workforce planning, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation management, and employee retention strategies. Findings reveal that organizations adopting strategic HRM approaches experience higher employee engagement, improved productivity, and overall business growth. The results underline that effective HRM alignment with business strategy is crucial for long-term competitiveness in the IT sector.
