Abstract
The twenty-first century stands at a crossroads where global challenges climate change, pandemics, food insecurity, energy crises, and environmental degradation pose unprecedented threats to humanity’s survival and progress. Addressing these multifaceted issues requires not only international cooperation but also scientific innovation rooted in sustainability and ethical responsibility. This paper explores the major global challenges facing humankind and evaluates scientific solutions that offer pathways toward a resilient and equitable future. Emphasis is placed on the role of biotechnology, renewable energy, artificial intelligence, and global health sciences in mitigating risks and fostering sustainable development. By integrating interdisciplinary approaches and promoting evidence-based policies, science continues to be humanity’s strongest tool in confronting and overcoming global crises.
