Abstract
There is a definite degree of percentage of energy and reward is required to check, complete exams and perform well. There are several reasons related high level of examination stress. Usually, demand is arising from the student themselves and pressure is also arisen from family or peers which contribute to the examination stress. According to the American Examination Anxieties Association (2006), school work pressure and exams are measured by students because these are the most trigger point of their lives. There are several symptoms that are root cause of exam stress and these can occur anytime during exam periods like feelings of shame or guilt, feeling panicked or having panic attacks, enhanced pulse, retreating from others or obsessing over studies, pressure measured examinations and previous poor examination performance (Author's have made available this screening test online also).
This screening test has categories like self stress, physical stress, situational stress and peer pressure. The sample of this study includes students of two age groups: 10 - 15 and 15 and above. All the students are studying in schools and colleges under Rajasthan Government. A total of 1860 students of above age range for both the groups (10 -15 years & 15 and above) were selected from different government schools and colleges of Rajasthan state. Item analysis, reliability and validity were also calculated. In all, 21 items were finally selected which are divided into five categories.
