An analysis of challenges and strategies for human resource management in Uttar Pradesh

Abstract
Resources basically mean anything capable of satisfying human needs having three characteristics, economically feasible, technically accessible, and culturally acceptable. Human Resources Development (hereinafter referred to as HRD) means the development of Humans as resources to increase their value and productivity. A human being without development is much like raw material having a lesser value in society. The present paper is focused on issues and challenges of the Development of Human Resources in Uttar Pradesh. An attempt has been made to analyze several factors associated with HRD, such as population, literacy, occupational distribution, level of education, etc. Since there is no sponsorship paper has some resources and time constraints.
