Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become a pivotal part of business strategy, particularly in India, where it is mandated for large companies by the Companies Act of 2013. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has grown increasingly important in the global business landscape, particularly in creating initiatives aimed at social empowerment. This paper analyzes the CSR activities specifically focused on women's empowerment among top Nifty companies. It examines various initiatives, funding, and the effectiveness of these strategies using qualitative and quantitative data.
