Abstract
HR automation, workplace impact is seen by increasing the efficiency of repetitive tasks, empowering self-service, and speeding up the closure on all administrative tasks. The article takes a closer look at how employees feel about HR automation, focusing on their experiences with HRMS and ESS systems. Numerous organizations have incorporated these digital tools into their cross-functional HR practices, and understanding how employees feel will help organizations adopt user-oriented technology with plans for long-term success and sustainability. The results can identify the main drivers of employee perception such as the ease of use, accessibility and support for automated functions. An employee's backstory with HR functions can also reveal any ongoing issues like user flexibility, training gaps, and diminished human consideration in situations requiring higher levels of complexity in HR functions and employee needs. Automation can provide more productive outcomes and an enhanced operational level, but hold employee engagement at the core of its long-term success. The outcomes can help organizations decide how to create an HR technology plan to implement HR Tech and enhance an employee's experience in a digital workplace
