Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional study was done using a questionnaire which consisted of 12 questions. An internet-based survey of computer operators was undertaken and questionnaire was emailed to 300 participants using google forms to assess activity limitation and participation restriction due to low back pain. The participants included computer operators from all over Karnataka. Data was analysed by SD and mean test.

Results: There is significant activity limitation and less challenging participation restriction found in the computer operators with nonspecific low back pain.

Conclusion: The present study concludes that, activities like sitting for longer period, bending are most challenging to perform. States that there is significant activity limitation and participation restriction. it rejects Null hypothesis and accepts the alternate hypothesis.
