Abstract
Psoriasis is a chronic, autoimmune, inflammatory skin disorder characterized by erythematous, scaly lesions affecting the skin, nails, and joints. Conventional therapies, though effective, are often associated with recurrence and adverse effects. Homeopathy offers a holistic, individualized approach, aiming to address both the disease manifestations and the patient’s constitution. This case study reports the successful management of long-standing psoriasis at Dr Batra’s® clinic. The patient presented with recurrent itching, burning, scaling, thickened psoriatic patches, and nail involvement. Gradual improvement was observed with regular follow-ups. The case demonstrates the effectiveness of homeopathic management in bringing sustained relief and improving overall well-being in chronic psoriasis.
