Abstract
Using aroyl hydrazides as a source of amine and substituted aromatic aldehydes as a carbonyl source, we have synthesized aroyl hydrazide derivatives by condensation reaction. The synthesized compounds were characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectral studies. The Synthesized compounds were subjected to antimicrobial and anti-oxidant activities. Finally, molecular docking study had been performed by in silico method to analyse their anti-tuberculosis aspect against InhA, the enoyl acyl carrier protein reductase (ENR) from Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
