Abstract
Over the last few years, the awareness and need for protection of reproductive rights has been increasing. However in under developed countries like African countries and even in developing countries like India, there is still lack of adequate protection (statutory and administrative) and education/ awareness with respect to reproductive rights. This research article is an attempt to analyse the International, National Law protecting Reproductive rights and to critically analyse the lacunas in implementation of same.
