Abstract
This paper studies Corporate Social Responsibility of Indian Railways under the title “Analysis of corporate social responsibility practise of the Indian railways-a case study” in which it is tried to find out the Actual and Disclosure Corporate Social Responsibility practises of Indian Railways towards their Employees and Passengers with some suggestions and recommendations are covered in this study. The various statistical tools like T-Test, Weighted Average Mean, Bar Diagrams, Pie Charts have been used for the purpose of analysis.
