Abstract
This study investigated, the drying behavior of spinach under open sun drying (OSD), natural convection single layer solar drying (SLSDNC), natural convection double layer (DLSDNC) and forced convention double layer drying solar drying (SLSDFC). Different drying models were examine with adequacy of fit between experimental and predicted by statistical parameters such as R2, χ2, MBE and RMSE.
