Abstract
The purpose of the study was to identify the athletes problem among selected sports i,e, athletics, basketball, volleyball and cricket for identifying the athletes problems namely., coachability, field related problem, anxiety prone, self-centeredness, fear of failure, success phobia, family related problem and injury prone. In our study total number of subjects were 310 College level athletes (106 athletics, 113 volleyball, 37 basketball and 54 cricket) aged ranging from 18 to 25 years were selected as subjects, from IGIPESS Delhi & LNIPE Gwalior. Athletes problem were assessed through questionnaire of athletes problem developed by Lalit Sharma and Meenakshi 2007 for findings we used descriptive staticstics for mean and standard deviations. the result: in Coachability the players comes under the fairly to moderate trainable in different sports, the Neutral to highly grade in field related problem, Anxiety comes under the Neutral Grade, in Self Centeredness No Self Centeredness to mild grade, Fear of Failure is Often attempter to Moderate attempter grade, the player comes under the Success Oriented to highly success phobic grade, Family Related Problem are slightly to highly family related problem and in Injury Prone the Least to Moderate Injury Prone grade no data found in highly injury prone.
