Abstract
Rights are essential to enable even person to lead a good life. People have struggled for recognition of their rights since the dawn of history. The struggle has been arrived on against autocratic Kings, dictators and other despots who were vehemently opposed to the grant of political and other liberties to their subjects. The full enjoyment of human rights by all classes of people, without discrimination of any kind, is closely associated with democracy. This paper tries to present Human Rights moment.
