AbstractCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) is a new concept, which has developed in the market. Companies want to build up long term relationships with customers. Therefore, companies are using the various ways for communication with customers so that customers can be retained as loyal for long- term by adopting Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The main objective of this study is to provide a deep review about CRM system. This paper also highlights different aspects of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
