Abstract
The main idea is if the adminstrative processes are streamlined and resources are conserved and citizens are empowered with efficient and responsive local administration at every village, then it results in development of districts, states and subsequently the entire nation. So grass root level problems were taken up for ICT application under the e-Panchayat project.
