Abstract
Healing is one of the most beautiful portrayals of human physiology. Movement and replication of epithelial cells, removal of dead tissue by neutrophils and macrophages, fibrocytes changing into fibroblasts, soft spongy mass of granulation tissue protected by scab and supported by matrix of connective tissue with final restoration of structure and function of affected part is not less than a piece of art. Essential component of good healing involves formation of healthy granulation tissue, reduction in pain, no suppuration, maximum regeneration and minimal complications and homoeopathic injury medicines possess of healing by virtue of their peculiar action on human body. Most of the injury medicines have one thing in common of their origin in Vegetable Kingdom and prominent among them are Arnica Montana, Bellis Perennis, Calendula officinalis, Hypericum, Ledum Pal, Ruta Graveolens and Symphytum.
